Hilton Hires Work at Home Workers

Hilton has a job posted on its website for work at home workers in its Reservation and Customer Care department. The job includes a base pay and the job is being advertised as one that is year-round and not seasonal.

As far as pay is concerned, the Reservation Sales, Hilton work at home job will offer employees  $9 an hour which can be $11 to $14 per hour (which includes incentives)  after a training period has been completed.

Equipment Needed

There is some special equipment that is required for this job. Workers need to have a dedicated phone line, which is a landline phone,not a cell phone or VOIP. A webcam, headphones, and wired computer lines. Workers are not allowed to use wireless systems.


Training for this job is 100% online. The training will last between six and 11 weeks and you must have perfect attendance.
